Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Many of our pieces are one-of-a-kind or small-batch, so please allow extra time during peak seasons or sales.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer Economy and Standard shipping options at checkout. Estimated delivery times vary by carrier and location.

International Shipping We ship to 27+ countries worldwide via USPS and DHL Express. International delivery times vary by destination. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by their country.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at c_pergande@yahoo.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
